Experienced Manager Quality Assurance, which led high-performing teams across global operations, ensuring alignment with the highest standards in safety, auditing (IOSA/ISAGO), and regulatory compliance (AAOC).

Executive experience spans major carriers including Ansett, Kendell Airlines, Regional Express, Qantas, Express Ground Handling, and Jetstar, played a pivotal role in programs that enhanced safety, compliance, and operational performance in Airport Ground Operations.

Holds formal qualifications in Training & Development, Quality & Auditing (QMS & SMS), Human Factors, and Safety Investigation, along with certifications in IATA IOSA and Qantas Group Security.

Now, as Founder of Pacific Aviation Consultants, partnering with aviation organizations—including airports, ground handling agents, and carriers—to drive safety, compliance, and operational excellence through expert consulting, audit support, and strategic advisory services.
