Ground Operations

Review and provide detailed gap analysis of operational manuals to reflect IATA IGOM standards including risk management processes for when variations do exist in operational exists
Design and implement operational manuals meeting all regulatory and IATA certification requirements (designed for operational use to support process mapping and policy guidance)
Evaluation of existing processes and procedures providing all functional tasks with the provision of a detailed gap analysis and road map to align identified discrepancies (inconsistencies between documented procedures and actual task fulfillment)
